The full solution of the problem under downloads textures (Fallout 4)

1)need ENBost the latest version in the file enblocal prescription

You can visit different options to increase two times from the default fps in General or sits down and the situation improves(not much) don't forget to change VideoMemorySizeMb=8192 for VideoMemorySizeMb=4096(since these values are strongly connected and depend on your system)the larger the value, the texture will be longer loaded but they are loaded more and Vice versa.

The system needs a powerful!!!(but on average will go with lags)as a result, any under downloads and soap textures!all clear and beautiful.
And warns the download locations may be increased and the game eats up to 12GB of RAM(in my case, as gives under 6GB video memory)

Tested on 3600Hz i7 16GB RAM GTX770 2GB memory(fairly average PC everything on ultra + this config gives 40фпс playable)

This is quite enough. On 1680*1050 resolution with medium to high settings is enough to put 4096. Be ready to lower FPS by about 25%. This is not a school of this method, and just completely download texture consume PC resources, primarily the video card. Of RAM while you need at least 8 GB. When working third-party apps will have to activate the swap file, which if on an ordinary HDD of course slower operatives. SOLUTION - SSD disk!!!

My config : XEON E5450 3GhZ, GTX 560 1 GB, 8 GB RAM gives 32-33 FPS. All textures on ultra, the rest is secondary. FPS better lochit, the game will be much more comfortable.

It is a myth. Read about a modern SSD, the swap file practically does not affect. The Samsung MZ-76E250BW and most Magikan, 8Gb of RAM and the paging file is 16GB. Everything works fine.

The whole trouble is that the game is not sharpened for 64 cue ball and therefore jambs occur because of this.
