The serious problem is that I CANNOT change the resolution AT ALL in this game.
The default is "640x480 16 bit". Doesn't want to change for any other! And to play like this is unnatural and funny.
When I press Enter after setting the permission I need, the game freezes (a characteristic sound is heard), and when I press Enter again, it crashes to the Desktop.
Also, GTA III will not be inserted when "exiting the game" (the same sound is also heard, and when Enter is pressed, it exits). The most interesting thing is that no windows appear on errors.
Before reinstalling Windows, everything was fine. The problem is connected not only with GTA 3, but also with GTA VS. The rest of the games (including GTA SA and GTA 4) are in complete order.
