Technical Issues (Grand Theft Auto 3)

I decided to indulge in nostalgia by installing the third GTA. But when I went to the menu, I did not see the letters (just the text that is not highlighted), the resolution and graphics are at max in this case, I don’t know how to put it (by default, there is a resolution of 640 by 480). OS Windows 10 / GTA 3 license from 1C.

Guys, I put the game on win10, the problem is this: I play at work :) so sometimes I have to minimize the game, and when I unfold it, all heresy appears on the screen, as if an image from the desktop is superimposed on top of the game. And if it is saved on the second island and then, when you turn on the game and load, the picture remains that was when it was loaded. What's the trouble? enrages after each deployment to go save and enter the game again.
