I agree, there are a lot of bugs in the Mentovka lawlessness on the new island, I have repeatedly sank underground and drowned in water, but about the wheels, I can’t say the floor of the wheel is underground!

There are no such deformities in the Deluxe. By the way, the tank is very good there.

c) Complete the mission in the original game.

It turned out that I went through Vice City Deluxe earlier than the original Vice City, I liked something, for example, opening cities by blowing gates)) but the mission with the boat just pissed me off, suffered for a long time ... then I downloaded the trainer to stop time. Naturally, the original is much better, but old memories are associated with the Deluxe))

Why? If you put the original settings, then the boat will move in the same way as in the original.
