Assembly is hot, you will have to install a pair of 120mm valves in the case on the front panel in addition.
The motherboard and cooling will allow you to overclock the percentages to at least 4.2 GHz, which will have a very positive effect on performance, so I advise you to overclock.
In the future, I advise you to add another 8GB RAM bar of the same size, so that there is 16GB in dual-channel mode.
If we compare the gaming performance of this build and the finished build that Svaeron bought, we can say that the difference is huge because of the video card. The assembly I created will allow playing with a comfortable FPS at maximum speed in almost all modern games, but on a finished assembly, the video card will not allow this.
Of course, in that ready-made assembly, the processor is much and much more powerful, but we are assembling a system unit for games, so the emphasis should be on the video card, and in the finished assembly, the video card is average, only 2GB of memory, and is not suitable for a game assembly for 50k rubles. As a result, games with high graphics settings will have a low FPS and a powerful i7 will simply rest, since the assembly is not balanced.

If you find a store with low prices, you can build a more productive system in games for 45k (maybe a little more), for example, with an i5-4460 processor. Just do not forget to change the motherboard in this case, you will need it with an LGA 1150 socket and a B85 chipset.
