2) It's at least silly to build on Nvidia + AMD for 60k. AMD processors are not included in assemblies of this level. Here either Intel + Nvidia, or Intel + AMD (video card).

I would put a video card like this (the PSU will have to strain, but I think it can handle it and you don't need to install a more powerful one). It will come out a little more expensive, but it's really worth it, 8GB and DX12 are a good guarantee for the future. I don’t advise you to bet anything cheaper / older than r9 390 from the AMD lineup, the price / performance ratio will be worse.
