RAM problem after removing the battery

Hello everyone. Please tell me what could be the problem. Today I disassembled the computer, cleaned it and inadvertently pulled out the battery, after turning on the computer does not see all 8 gigs of RAM. That is, 8 gigs are installed, in the properties it sees 6 gigs and uses only 4 gigs. Will reinstalling Windows help? or how you can restore it. Thank you for your help !!!! Win 8.1 64, motherboard gigabytes ga-990fxa-ud3 latest BIOS version

put the program (former Everest) AIDA 64 and see how many planks Aida sees.

quack the program or put a worker, so that instead of a trial there is data.

your system does not completely see 4 GB. although the bar is visible in the program. Did you reset BIOS to default?

Look in Aida at the second module's timings, compare with the first bar, in Bios then you will need to set the largest (slowest) ones for memory, and you can also check the memory frequency in Bios, maybe it costs a maximum of @ 666, but the mother does not support it herself resets. Try to lower the frequency.

So it's not about the BIOS !!!
1. the problem exactly appeared after cleaning ??
2. Was Windows installed from scratch or on top?

you need to try the previous version of the BIOS, maybe it will work

yes after cleaning, before that I also cleaned all the rules, I did not take out the memory. And yesterday I took out this battery and after turning it on it appeared. Formatted everything from scratch
