The game was very skeptical, as it appeared and disappeared from InfoSpace, this started on medium difficulty and as it turned out - in vain. The beginning is certainly not very impressive, some hick bar agent Smith, but as soon as the game begins immediately reminded of other similar games, the closest of course silent hill, but without its atmosphere of depression, confusion and horror of things happening around, because we are faced with a specific task and we know that we need to do in the absence of fog symbolizes the clear way. Returning to the difficulty and gameplay only to say that the game was a classic survivl-horror only until such time as deflate branch hidden murders a dagger from the corner, and then the game turns into a stealth brand of faceless zombies are cut with a knife at times, there were moments when they are in three pieces, waiting in line simply went to slaughter falling in a heap. In General, almost all the enemies are cut with a knife, except those who are immune to stealth, but they can sacekati smoke before releasing the bolt. But that's not all the benefits, my PC often issued 24 cinematic APF, and the average was 30 or less and then at an opportune suitable expression: the bullet is a fool, the bayonet - well done. Bosses too, I would not say that complicated or special, the first part they are in terms of elimination was much more interesting then the first boss and did cut with a knife slices without firing a shot, though long enough for his cut, looking for true way to victory, shooting at eyes in the photos, hiding in plain sight during the shock the tentacles in the hope that the tentacles will break shelter where hang those pictures, tried to frame them under a flying enemy, the knife was out of this thing, and you just need to pour the damage. And the bosses in the game in fact only 3, the rest are more of mini-bosses or even Champions. Encountered as the game progresses, characters die quite ridiculous deaths, then our GG ulimatebet sparkling heels like that at all he doesn't care that he had some sort of epileptic seizure, and you're sitting with pockets full of ammo that was saved for a special occasion and helplessly looking at a ridiculous cut scenes, with the entourage of zombies in the hallway, this is probably the main points that spoil the impression of the game. Despite all this the game never seemed boring and even the stealth, which basically takes the time of passage did not detract from her main story in places was controversial, but in the end, we all explained the misconception and as there are none, except the principle and structure of work TEMS and aspirations of Mobius.

while the game is not over, but the first impression is good in terms of what is ahead can put a super hardcore difficulty and play the really, but for me modern kazualki a bit boring.
So while like everything if you take into account gameplay, of course not perfectly, but fine.

Passed. What can I say:

Continuation of ambiguous survival horror from a Japanese from Tango Gameworks, released in October 2017. What can I say about this sequel?

The plot of The Evil Within 2 begins three years after the events of the first part. The main character, Sebastian, spends on drink in local bar, miss my daughter, Lily, who died in the fire. There he finds Kidman and says that in fact his daughter is alive and is a "core" for the STEM system, modeling the quiet American town of "Union". It is worth noting that all the heroes and villains turned out too flat and formulaic: the father with remorse, good girl in bad company, evil Corporation, "agent Smith" at the head, etc.

As for the world games, some locations become more free, added side-quests (although not many), there are now more exploring, leveling and crafting. "Stealth" has become more popular.

It's funny, but in my opinion, the second part is a kind of mirror reflection of the first. Do you remember the first The Evil Within? Japanese intricate plot, different location, not the easiest bosses, etc? Now, in the second part the plot was much more simple and straightforward, the location has lost in diversity, but increased in width, and bosses you can slice it into rounds without any problems. The first part was done uneven and more like a collection of all the horror subgenres, the second – conceptual calibrated, more solid game. First The Evil Within felt more atmospheric, was terrible – the second part, this is pure modern blockbuster, more comfortable, but at least atmospheric and not particularly frightening. And I can list quite a long time. And although many critics sequel came to taste, I can't agree with them. The game is again ambiguous, although technically better than the original.

In addition, the second half of the game markedly inferior to the first. While we are chasing a photographer is a maniac, run into his creatures (especially remembered the second meeting with the Obscura, Hey Silent Hill), examine the first local location – she wants to give a chance. But when a new villain appears, everything literally goes to hell. And although the developers tried to add new variations of enemies, and show the already familiar locations under the "other sauce" is, alas, not much help the situation. The game is boring. There is a desire to quickly "finish" the game and know how it will end. However, the ending disappointed me personally, especially like horror.

Besides, do not forget that The Evil Within 2 came out after the release of the wonderful Resident Evil 7. Which is not to affect the final verdict.

The result: a more technologically sophisticated sequel, but controversial game.

6/10

Passed the game twice (first the nightmare, then classic mode).
grade the game.

graphics: 5/5 - the game looks great, no questions.

optimization: 2/5 - the game runs well on high-end graphics cards from the gtx 1060, but if the card is worse, then disabling some settings you much productivity will not increase and 60 fps to hard, the game can't play with the settings, what is the problem, why is the gpu at all underused, that something is not right with optimization. Put 2 points because the max picture meets the requirement.

plot: 1/5 - I'm tired of hearing this paranoid nonsense around punks, trivial solid, hallucinations, voices, little interest, feeling they had no fantaji and they dumped that.

difficulty: 4/5 - thank you for classic mode, otherwise I'm all for the game did not take. But still just, knowing the behavior of the enemy, he won't surprise the AI is very weak in the game.

in General, the quality of performance: 4/5 - I like the animation of the creatures, the animation of the bosses, how they move, look, execution in the high level game, I would put 5, but not perfectly, with sound problems, I remember a friendly NPC is far away and sound close, but will not be much to complain about.

I would advise this game to a friend: 2/5 - there is nothing to advise, after a double passage I have no sense of satisfaction that I was the great game. I have a feeling that I played a good game in visual terms and is buggy and ridiculous in all other aspects.

summarize all the points get 18/30
it is 60%
or 6/10.

it's not thrash, a strong middle peasants.

For the umpteenth time I pass this gorgeous game and just admire how everything has developed great picked up the title,it reflects the essence of the game and all series, starting from the fact that in the first part we get into the mind of Ruvik to the fight Sebastian in the second part with their own fears and guilt.

It's a great game, which became still a Thriller in comparison with the first part, but it did not become worse, but for me it's even better than the first part. Quite a dramatic story, which easily could be a good film, the story, leaving the innuendo in the hope of a third part.

I don’t know why many praise the second game, I liked the first one much more in all respects. The first one wins greatly in atmosphere, plot, music, gameplay, and the graphics are juicy, bright, realistic in their own settings, without crutches. The second one consumes more resources. , creates a folder with a cache of 1 GB in size, but produces a faded, blurry picture, I had to insert a pseudo HDR (DX 11) into the game to improve the quality, which was needed for Resident Evil 2 (2019), but works for almost all PC games, supporting DX 11 and all just to bring the picture quality closer to the first game. The plot of the second in second place after the first game is not at all impressive. In short, I put the game in advance 8/10 for the Russian voice acting and the continuation of the plot of the first game, which is many times better. This is my opinion.

Just got around to her, the first part took place on the way out and did not remember much. I scored something for the second part and in vain, because in the end I really liked it. It's even a pity that the developers did not make DLC or a sequel, and now they are giving Ghostwire: Tokyo. Yes, the game is not without its drawbacks, but it is quite an excellent and stylish adventure, for fans of single games that is what you need.
I played on PS5, it is clear that the PS4 Pro version worked with its maximum resolution and 60fps (enable unlocking fps in the settings) and the graphics were quite good.
