I have a cheatdevice installed and transferred to psp how to use it what to do tell me in more detailI personally took a steam bath with Cheat Device for a long time. But then I redid something and it even went to 6.39 pro-b6 (it all depends on the cheat device itself, there is no perfect firmware)
Dodo flies with normal physics when Hower cars are on. Or do you have a separate cheat?
I have a different cheat device, you probably have a fixed first cheat device, and it is no longer suitable for real dodo flights, and not the air ride you are talking about. If you had a normal cheat device, you wouldn’t have to keep the Hover cars cheat turned on, and by the way, in addition to this, in a normal cheat device, helicopters can climb up indefinitely.

Is it possible to add additional garages/save locations (or just save cars outside of standard garages) to VSS/LSS using a cheatdevice?

It is quite possible to install a mod. You just need to find it, or make it yourself (if you know how to make mods).
