Won't start (Life is Strange)

Hi guys) I bought a full pre-order of all episodes on Steam. I downloaded the first episode, everything is fully installed. I'm sitting joyfully launching the game, and then on you, writes: "The program "Life is Strange" does not work" there was a problem .... Help me, please, how to solve the problem. 2) downloaded separately installed DLL. rebooted. (after giving error 0xc000007b)
3) deleted the downloaded DLL (returned, so to speak, "by default"

4) in the folder with the installer there is a visual c ++ installation folder for 32 discharges, INSTALLED AND EVERYTHING IS GOING!!!!! FOR 32x discharge!!!
