FPS on various configurations. (Rise 2: Dark Waters)

I bought a second 6870 card for myself under BF3, ran this test, it was in extreme mode 1300 points became 2600 points. What's the problem? As always! I have never seen 70,80,90 FPS on my computer! Even terraria 40-50FPS
