1) Avira AntiVir
2) A couple of months
3) I wouldn't say awesomely cool, but good. If you choose Casper and mine, then AntiVir is better.

dimaXIII 11.05.22

1) DrWEB
2) I use 2-3 years. Now installed the latest version 4.44.
3) A good antivirus - it does not eat the system, it protects my computer, it has never failed, it suits me.

PS: Free DrWEB CureIT has now appeared. I used it and I will say - it is worse than the paid version. It does not find all viruses, tk. in the archives can not fumble and all that. But for those who do not have an antivirus and urgently need to check some simple file for viruses - this is it! :)

1. Avira AntiVir Personal
2. 2 years
3. I use it only with ad-avare and hijekzys, so it is not advisable to use it alone.

T

1) Kaspersky tyrnet security.
2) A year
3) it's better to be paranoid than to tear your hair out later for data that has flown away to nowhere

I used to use Nod32, then switched to Kaspersky IS 7.0, although it works out a lot, it blacklists keys, blocks sites, breaks connections.

A defective signature update from Kaspersky Lab blocks Windows Explorer (explorer.exe) as an application infected with a virus. As a result, the main component of Windows is quarantined or, even worse, removed.

Kaspersky Lab has published recommendations for restoring safe quarantined files. But this is not very comforting for users who have installed automatic deletion of infected files.

Among those affected was The Register reader Carl. “It took several hours to solve the problem.”

After visiting the Kaspersky website forum, Carl saw that he was far from the only one who faced a similar problem. False antivirus alerts after updating the databases indicate that some machines have been stopped.

Defective antivirus signature updates are not uncommon. However, Kaspersky's latest bug affects a core component of Windows, reports The Register.
