DiRT3 has been optimized much better. Apparently, the developers did not try as hard as with the same DiRT3, which showed stable 60 frames per second almost everywhere.

Not only do you do necroposting - the last comment in front of you was almost 10 years ago. So they also stuck with a piece of iron 21 years old. On modern hardware, of course, you can not think about optimizing most of the old games.
