By the beginning of the third chapter, it is quite possible to pump all the branches except for alchemy and install the most powerful mutagens. Mine did it like this. If you do not immediately do quests to destroy monsters and not be lazy to climb caves even just like that. But then Geralt fights beautifully :)

No, at all levels 35 maximum. The last time I played on easy, I failed about 7 quests, I didn’t play dice at all and I didn’t fight with anyone except the mighty Numa, and still at the beginning of Chapter 3 I reached the maximum level.
What about talents? They only give one for each level, or what? I am now level 9. And about mutagens - only one mutagen was delivered. How to use them correctly and what are the conditions for their installation?
