even better to set in Engine.ini - [/script/engine.renderersettings] r.CreateShadersOnLoad=1 and play on dx11, you can lower the settings to medium, the main thing is to raise the fps to at least 120.

The game is running fine, but these friezes and lags when you open the door or shoot at the freaks are just fucking annoying. And the patch didn't help much.

My advice to you, put all the settings on ultra, and turn off ray tracing completely, the graphics will not change, but the performance will be better. I also steamed on Friday, changing the settings, not knowing what was wrong. I have 3080 ti and 2k. I set all the settings to ultra and turned on ray tracing, there were drawdowns up to 40-30. I decided to turn off ray tracing, and the rest of the options are all on ultra at 2k for 100 fps, no friezes or lags, everything is clear.
