Turning on the microphone is very simple. In the settings, uncheck "PUSH KEY TO SPEAK" / "PUSH KEY TO SPEAK" (see fig.). You will hear each other constantly (squad) and no keys need to be pressed. Perhaps it is more convenient for someone to use TeamSpeak.
