Well I can tell you ladies and gentlemen? The game was in development for 5 long years (the official version). After passing me (and not only me, most likely) had the impression that 2K Czech misses with a release, or got onto them - not important. The first story missions, cut scenes, situations in their elaboration too good to be a game. It is even not immediately believe, and believing - I think this is it! gaming natural happiness! These missions done by hand it is not common, in fact - at the moment there is simply no other game like that dumped on us during a mission is the number of optional scenes, mini-episodes and situations. Looking at it, once you understand - where did these 5 years long development.
But after the first 7-8 chapters the situation changes radically. The mission did not bring the satisfaction they completely lost the fascination and diversity. It remains only a pathetic stub of a conventional 3D action and exotic scenery. It creates an eerie feeling that the last third of the game to finish quite other developers method copy-paste. And, realizing this, think it would be better if I waited another 2-3 years, but would get a real 100% masterpiece.
The passage of a game like Mafia 2 is the dual sensations, namely, admiration, and bitter disappointment.

as for me, the game was a little worse than the first part(I mean the story part).the first part was the variety,and the atmosphere was more addictive than in the second part.and mafia 2 is the same rig 3,so much time spent in development,but no good there.well graphics of course beautiful.

How we long expected her.Overall the game was good.The plot is excellent compared to GTA 4(well actually almost none).The graphics are better on the head than GTA 4.Somehow, I was bored to play Mafia,after all, in GTA more drive energy.But somehow I was drawn to play mafia.And it's a strange fascination drew me to the end of the game.Like I was expecting something.But this unfortunately never came true.This is a huge minus.Why invented phones?If they are in the game 2-3 times.Ito mostly on missions.And more jobs where?Properly cut.But why?Secret.The game is not bad,but good gameand especially masterpiece her away.Still, in most cases the game does not live up to expectations.

Well DLC of course c they are too clever by half,although there were pleasant moments to leave the city,a couple of missions in new locations and more.For me personally, this DLC does not affect the rating of the game,you want to play in them or not they are trailer for the game....The only drawback Мафии2 devoted to horror,but showed just what he promised in all the years of waiting....
