Work by whom? The diploma is necessary, as not cool. Knowledge Institute, the school only form the neural connections that will later come in handy at work. And there, still all from scratch have to learn (well, almost ,except for the basic concepts).
To work in a working career? Although now the tower is not paid, but better to be educated, and to others, and skills and the Institute will teach to communicate with people, learn the laws of employment.
