The question of performance.
Hi all.Faced the following problem:
There are 2 computer. First: I7 4770K, GTX 1080, 8 operatives, SSD for Windows, hdd for games. Second: I5 3570, HD7870, 8 operatives, hdd for Windows and games.
On the second computer I bought a video card RTX 2070. Battlefield 1 on this configuration gives an average of 30-40 fps at a resolution of 1920x1080, rarely rises to 60-70. In Overwatch there is no stable 60 fps, is around 50-55. The graphics settings I unscrewed everything on ultra, tried to twist below, but strong growth is only minimal.
On the first computer no such problems. Battlefield 1 70-120 fps, Overwatch 100+.
In turn rearranged from the first computer to the second components (RAM, hard disk + SSD, power supply). Reversed vidyuhi (on the ground with 2070 all OK, the second with 1080 still low fps). The growth has given the SSD+HDD, but only in Overwatch.
And here's the question: is the i5 3570 does not pull igrulya? I looked on YouTube VIDOS in this percent and 1070 people have 70-100фпс? In what may be the problem?

What's so surprising? in processorsamsung games 4770K you have exports 1080 or 2070, and the 3570 is a bottleneck, the performance decreases because of it.

Despite what igruli. I have to the current CPU stood i5-4460 (on the same graphics card, in profile), I can say for sure - processorsamsung (or poorly optimized) games i5 not always none exported (on my resolution).
Get Afterburner-Ohm (or similar) information about the boot components of the system on the screen during the game at 3570 (with display of the CPU load of all cores / threads) and you will see when you have a graphics card is not loaded up to 99-100% and what is the workload of the CPU cores.

Are you kidding me??? Are you serious???!!! I had a i7-7700k and it is a lot of that is dependent not pulled, and you say i5 3570, about the trash that God knows how many years. Replace 3570 (sell it) on E3-1230v2 (the price of 4-5 thousand, the socket is the same as the 3570) and will be happy in BF see the difference immediately, and the cost will not be superfluous.

The most interesting thing: in the cutscenes, the graphics performance of 80-90% (higher doesn't want to get up, but the frame rate reaches 90, but does not reach 120 (my limit in RTSS), which are in the menu and initial training in Onimusha). And when it comes to gameplay - download video card 99% (sometimes 100%). Such is the optimization...

assuming your tests ,you did not change only the PSU ,motherboard and the CPU ,then the problem of looking at them .

This was one 1080 the percent of 7700k. So, in the same assassin, the load on the core balls catastrophically high( there were lags and MicroProse! What games your 7700k is not pulled one 1080-u? - we must not forget that at 2560x1440 resolution the system load (including CPU) is higher than the FullHD of the vehicle.

I say that percent of 4 cores 8 threads nowadays almost starting slivatsya. Assassins and Lara, Gears of war, Hitman examples. As well as the dog!!! And this is only the beginning. Yakoy familiar nonsense. You're in no way implying LGA1151v2. In comparison with the 7600/7700 percent of this series of suction full. They only stream in full HD, but not for performance in 4K.
