Well, failed to find a solution?

1. Close the app Uplay and Steam. Go to the Uplay installation folder (default folder is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache) and delete the folder ownership.

2. Go to the Uplay installation folder (default folder is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher) and delete the files:
Uplay_manifest and Uplay_state

3. Start Steam with administrator rights and verify integrity of game cache on Steam:

4. Run Uplay and the game with administrator rights:

If This doesn't work completely uninstall uplay and re-reinstall, and reboot.
