Unstable FPS (Assassin's Creed: Odyssey)
Who on PC plays who thread is drops fps hard to 22-27?Sometimes just 20 seconds to drop, even in the cutscenes and a few seconds after the cutscene.
Medium graphics preset are: (the average fps 40, max 51).
i7 4770 8 gb ram 780gtx ti 3gb, firewood, fresh, game on SSD.
Used 2147 VRAM, RAM scored 6 GB (2 free, the swap file is 8GB).

SHTA?!?!I have an i7 3770,gtx 1060 6gb and 16 gb of RAM and that I do not see your hardware on ultra settings without a problem. Max on ultra 45 fps sometimes drops to 30 so don't exaggerate. And indeed even on the settings high-very high, there are weak subsidence up to 55 frames which is very noticeable for some reason. Feeling like not 5 frame rate drops to 30

I3 7100 gtx 1050ti 16gb lock in 30 fps and high settings (sglazhivanie down low). Weird. I have a similar config, only i5-6500 with 4 threads. On medium-high (to DOS.average, a few low) gives 50-60 fps in fields, and 40-45 in cities. Below 40 didn't observed yet. But the drawdown I have over percent.
Your PERC has 8 threads and should give more FPS on the idea.
Perhaps the problem in the software(wood, wind, etc.)
