Who was the first clonidinum Mars?

What do you think, who is the first to colonize Mars? Russia, China or another country?

I believe that China will be the first to learn termoformowania Mars since China has a greater number of reasons to do it including a high degree of occupation of China.

if there is nothing valuable on Mars, there will be no such colonization in the foreseeable future,
if the UN does not disappear, it can be assumed that Mars and the moon will be something like Antarctica
, so in the plane of the nationalist issue, no one will colonize.
and in the long term, who knows what countries there will be .... in any case, mars is not a particularly useful planet for colonization in the next half a million years, if on earth it will be normal, some settlements are needed there only for running in technologies and without a thermonuclear reactor, large settlements on the moon or Mars are extremely costly and difficult.

4. if earlier humanity somehow managed without this rare material, what should happen in order to finally have a need for it?
for example, lithium will be needed in the future. it is, in principle, not enough in the universe. provided that they do not come up with another effective material for an energy storage device without it.
it would also be nice to have virgin diamonds, platinum gold for utilitarian materials for example. so that you buy a jar of liquid and there is an inner layer of dry-cleaning pure gold and diamonds as an abrasive and for microdust. caef.
