Push-UPS: 30 times probably.... long time no push-UPS, and a record 70 times.
Pull-UPS: usually 10 times, a record 20 times
Barbell squat: 30 times (can't remember how many kg because everything was in the pound, and I don't remember...)
Aikido 1 year worked for a long time, volibol - last year.... Type so.
and on the bike every day I go 3-4 km =)

well, once everything on your own achievements and write what I write:
1)3 place in the area for knife fight
2)3rd place at the region on pankration(though I'm Slavic-Goritskii struggle)
3)somewhere 5 certificates for 1st and 2nd place in football
4)in a second make 8 attacks all parts of the body,which can harm the health
that's what I achieve
