1) At the command prompt (under administrator) write: net user Administrator /active:yes

When starting GTA for the first time all properly loaded, when you come out of it and come a second time it all starts infinite loading, I have to enter my documents, Rockstar Games, GTA V, and in there delete the file settings and then you go into the game and everything loaded normally and can be played (of course graphics all re-put) and because of this you can't change the graphics settings since it requires to reload the game which would have applied the graphics settings, and the second time it is not loaded, maybe someone had a similar problem?

Nick I have a Social Club I do so in English, so took the second option.
All done, start the game, loading... And then the game requires a key. I was delighted, but it was not there, after you enter the key again appeared download. Continued search for solutions to problems in the Internet, stumbled upon another option. Its essence was that we need to change the user folder name if it's written in Russian.
Changed username, account name, folder name user, but nothing has changed - infinite loading left.
