My download speed will fall.When only trigger is on average 550 clbt but gradually it drops to 50 clbt. Tried like in the video m.a.r.r.a.d.e.r. it did not help. File after starting the launcher appears again,the temporary addition of speed to normal and then again a gradual decline. What to do?

I have such garbage, I shut off the Internet, went to GTA Online because there was no connection, I was thrown into story mode.So we live...rocky I guess the Indians have given code to modify.
