One of my favorite writers. Although he is more a poet than a prose writer. And still the rays of the silver Moon... space. Lines are not his, but the mood passed perfectly - something deep, sad, brooding. And beautiful.
One of the world's greatest writers. Personally I have had a huge impact. IMHO one of the immortal writers, whose books will be read always.

I understand that he died on the day of the transit of Venus over the solar disk, i.e. in the time when astronomy (and hence, generally, and to science fiction), people looked to the sky. Somehow it is symbolic that, right?
There is in his works something catchy, fascinating. Recently I read still Fahrenheit 451. I do not know for what not taken before, as they can not explain why I read it, just couldn't tear myself away until I reached the last page...

Though late, but came to commemorate the father of modern science fiction. He was a master of creating fictional worlds, has had an enormous influence on the history of the genre, and his works will remain forever immortal. Sorry it's the man era.

Not guessed anything. He took the contemporary society and simply put all negative in the extreme. For 60 years people have not changed, only changed technology. In this, and it seems we are all so familiar.
