100% boot the game [PC] (Grand Theft Auto 5)
Actually it is my config i3 4330 + gtx 760I agree that the percent is not much,but the point is that it is loaded on 100%(all 4 cores) at any graphics settings.Vidyuhi when this is loaded completely.Even in safe mode with minimal graphics settings and a resolution of 600 by 800 it is still loaded at 100%,while fps 50-60,ON MINIMUM SETTINGS,vidyuhi at the same time do not bother,and just after turning on Vert sync 50%(30 frames / s) percent starts to boot 50%.In General, what's the problem I don't understand

Fps sags when you have all cores at 99% loaded. Despite the fact that the gtx 770 is 50% loaded.

Are you sure that is the game loading? Try to cut off the Internet during the game. I have two times weaker than the i3, up to a maximum 96% load comes.

Also the same problem. Percents i5 4690k @4.3 GHz, gtx 960 4gb. Download percent is about 90%, none at 70%, fps is kept at 70 frames, but the constant freezes(the download of a video card drops to 1%) only on ultra+8x msaa load percent drops to 70%, and vydehi jumps to 98-99%.

was running friezes hang on the actions and reversals . found it BES_1.6.2 (reduced downloaded from PG) helps friezes left to play 3-5 min more stable then hangs but less frequently but longer than 1-2 min.
