zlifsky,turn off auto setup the roof,then a roof which you have delete a shift,and build any kind of you like it.,if you want a second floor put floor build the walls ,then again the floor and the roof.

I used in Sims 2 is awful yuzal,the benefit of playing with cheats.And basements did a lot.
