Think scare?
Remember the release of Crysis ?? Then sistemih wrote just beyond the iron! Hmm, but in the end... =)
By the way, then to release Kraytek said that their game will pull only the most modern computers, the newest and most powerful! This is a rushed update. Many of those who were interested in the gaming industry. I myself, do not hide, customized computer (changed parts) for the launch of Crysis on at least high graphics settings.
So if the game is famous, if it is impressive, many will increase the iron under it. And the developer really don't care. Incidentally, the latest game from EA is quite demanding on the hardware in terms of graphics settings.

In our time, will scare away 100%. First krayzis this exception. Was a different era altogether, when the crisis came and sales had not increased too, and Vice versa . Kraytek hoped to sell several times more copies.

I don't know. Played in battle and the Inquisition in the new mirrors edge. Never saw any mega requirements.

Yes, I agree with you that someone can podtolknut to update iron, the release of a new famous game. But in General, it is believed that it is ruining the start of the sale. People will look at the requirements, think Yes, don't take it, need a hardware upgrade. And when update will succeed is unknown.Maybe he'll want anything else to play, or lose interest in the game.

Nowadays, not all, but the majority have fairly modern computers. Neither the developer, now, will not making games for outdated hardware, thus understating the physical model and graphics.
Minimum payout, at the moment, already require 6 GB of RAM and the video card on 2 GB. Almost every AAA game project such a system. requirements. But for top speed they're already twisting in full. Now the era of 4K that under this deal, they inflate the ICU. requirements. Well, at least that's my opinion. I'm sure the developers of modern games that are not aimed at FHD at maximum graphics settings, hence looking at overpriced system. requirements.
According to this, it is necessary to pay attention to the maximum speed. They are always high, for 4K, even 2K eats much more resources of the computer, rather than fhd.
As for the minimums, well, there is already easier. Minimum system requirements is a threshold, going over who will pay for the comfort of the game. Ie drop in fps is guaranteed. If the iron in the exactly fits the minimal salary (or slightly better in reserve) then the game will go with a stable fps, if you are already below the minimum threshold, well... there is nothing you can do, just wait for mods and patches for the weak component.
With regards to the person who asked will have it or not. Then, as I said, it depends. Iron is below the minimum threshold, the game will start, but will be drawdown in fps, Although with a probability of 80%, I'm sure that if there will be a drawdown, it is not large. Still not all that old iron, even so the not IBM 360. :D

requirements are too high as a rule, will be released in early access for 250R you can touch, then, and make conclusions, and while it is divination by water. But the requirements are not less than the dei

BF1 is Very demanding on the CPU ( for Example I have my gtx 960 2 gb Bf1 quietly set high and FPS was 60 but I have the old CPU i5 3350p and it was loaded to 100 and from this I had the constant jerking and stuttering in the game ie torn fps I measured it with a special app, and saw that during these lags, the processor frequency dropped and consequently was lag) I think ME will do the same. Here I understand the same engine is. So I think this game will be playing on old video card(gtx 660 at least) but need a good processor
