Disabled on all disks. Just press No paging file on all disks and Set. Then I restart the computer and that's it. If the system has 16GB or more, the paging file is not needed to play Fallout4. In most cases (with this amount of memory) it is only degrades the gameplay, since the game first of all begins to address it, and high-speed memory sticks remain not fully in demand, hence the long loading, non-loading of textures, freezes, and so on.
