The main condition - the ability to develop the technology. It is desirable from the ancient era to the future.
Interests: first and foremost the possibility to construct buildings, thus developing the city / country.
Town planning simulators, such as Cities or SimCity - not interested, already played enough.
Turn-based strategy (e.g. Civilization, or ETW) not interested - already have enough.
Also not interested in simulation technology (example RaiRoads or Transport fever).
