the triceps is best to pump after bench press - when I press, trits works but not as much as shoulders for example but it is to be healthy. therefore, as shake wide, go narrow grip approach 3-4 times at 12-15 and go to score on the simulator.

I'm so triceps rocked, though it was long ago, during one training session of 4 different exercises for triceps, 3 times a week. Started with bench press narrow grip, then the French press is like how the demos on the drawings, where the bench is. Next on the uneven bars with additional weight, and in the end scored a triceps extension on the cable of the machine on the picture is also from the demos there. And the main thing then for right and good there is to training is held in idle. For 4 months of classes in this program, the result was very good, then abandoned the program, it was difficult for each workout so to hammer the triceps.
