Miserable smoothing TAA (Fallout 4)

My PC:
CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K 4000.MHz
Gigabyte GTX 980 G1 Gaming Ti

Question: is it how some way through the Nvidia panel to replace (pave) smoothing which offers launcher settings Fallout 4?

Just I really hate supposedly TOP antialiasing in Fallout 4 would be set to MSAA
Just a wild soap blurred.
