8 GB RAM
AMD RADEON HD 7700
4 core processor
even at the minimum 640X480 FPS 5-7
only testing can play 30-40 FPS is fine there, and in the city go out - all of the above 7 does not rise, but the computer is not powerful but not weak previous games all on max settings and not a single slowdown , as in this case, and new games far cry 4, naruto storm 4 in 1080p flight without any problems
can anyone have some config or patch throw those RV-TA

Performance sucks(don't argue),but quite playable,the Frisians don't remember,then it was not,or not significant.Played a month ago.so that probably got rid of at least part

Do not drive a Blizzard, it is already perfectly optimized, at least 30 patches came out, but all the same optimization rules. This is what bucket you need to have to it still lag. On GTX 1080 - niji 60 fps in town drops on GTX 750TI 34 to 58 in the city on max settings.

Well, if you have the map on 1GB, I wonder why such poor optimization.
Necessary system requirements to watch. GTX 750TI even recommended not horrible, but still pulled the game on max settings ( Without buns Nvidia) to 30 fps.
