Only inadequate? Generally adequate to schoolchildren also exist... but they are few. Almost an endangered species, lol.
We have been in the school and still teaches istorichka with some mental disabilities. Well, sometimes she is dreaming that someone is sitting smiling, laughing, playing. Direct... horror. Kicking up a fuss.

Oh yeah, in 9th grade I had a crazy physical. We sisechki its called. Then the most interesting. She in one lesson, explained 8 topics on the same Board on which was drawn a graph. All the themes she had not been washed. The entire class didn't understand it, we put two. Screamed like crazy, calling us sometimes. One time I ran with additional physics(she herself appointed) and the next day she told me the whole school screaming kill You fast or slow!? Oh Yes we pills showed a sedative and say Here! Here's what you do to me! Forced to drink these pills! I have them in the pharmacy barely succeeded!

Classwho in elementary school (but I loved her and still respect, oddly enough) for bad handwriting was punished severely. Drove to the Board children with poor handwriting, put the line, took a stack of our tetradec and nnna bitch in the face with a notebook THAT never WROTE S***KA! Cried a lot, but the handwriting has not improved.
The physical-psycho, the whole school was afraid of her. I remember the teacher was not there, the class stood on the ears and no one saw her come in. I noticed and stood up to greet. YOU CHO STOOD UP MORON. Still the shouting in my ears.
A math major. Woman with humour, but hysterical. Used to say that we are stupid, that our place in the orphanage. As it came on Saturday in a fancy-ass wide shorts, with all said I stole from father's pants.
Teacher of literature. Loved to shout that the Soviet Union shit. Did not understand it.
The our social studies teacher, mother of God, this is epic. The lady under 60 years of age and under 90 kg. loved to wear transparent blouses, dresses. It was quiet, no one raised his eyes in the classroom.

In high school and now in College was a history teacher, which both started yelling - You're my little finger not even standing, you're all assholes, inadequate generation of downs, etc. She we had 2 couples, we complained to the head teacher and fired her.
