Lags and freezes (Risen 3: Titan Lords)

home geforce gt 620 - lags terribly in the resolution of 1920x1080, the resolution of 1366x768, and lag in the effects like fog, waterfall, magical things glow.
work geforce 7800 so all the flies on the ultra and no freezes

For the 7800GT, no friezes on the ultra? Checked on the 7900GT - at 1280 by 1024 just incredibly slow for high.

Played 2-3 days without freezes and lag, then noticed that was slow down.Then came another game, and she began to lag(before no lag).I thought that the virus ,but Kaspersky found nothing, and recently the other day I was impatient to carry Windows again downloaded risen 3 and the same song .What could be the problem? PS. To write that I don't need a rogue, I just don't want to buy this game.And yet, after you uninstall the game the computer still lag.

Solved the problem ,their little system I wrote above,slushayti I reinstalled Windows to 8.1 updated it fully ,and wonder the game went without lags and freezes ,the texture of the landscape vegetation on high,shadows low ,RVR and objects and the landscape to the maximum
