Excited to announce that seem to have found how to get rid of this problem. And maybe some other in the future.
I figure since it's a robbery, again because of the multiplayer file(the MP).
Found a list of files MP and saw that I do not have such folders as:
\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday1ng
\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday2bng
\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng
\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng

I understand they have something to do with Paleto. So how you hit these folders with the DLC, the Heist in Paleto I worked fine the first time. The second guy was not on the spot, began to appear objective on the map and everything else.

Another way.
I had a problem when sat on the bike, the player just hang and when I press on the WASD keys, Franklin(for example) it just knocks the animation and all. Short to sit on the bike was not possible.
This problem came to me in 3-5 updates. Don't know how to, but after those files everything was working fine.

Maybe pure coincidence, and perhaps because of them.

This is certainly cool, mission work, but then when you pass it and get a black screen and all...anyone had similar?
