txaa eats less resources than msaa. in General, no lag you can play Zolochiv in the Nvidia settings at 30 frames while running with d3d overrider, which forced include triple buffering.
p.s. without vertical sync too much visible breaks, it is better to play at 30 frames, than such tears!

I still found a way to play at maximum settings without lags. and about optimization - it is not! and it's not the number of frames, they are quite enough. the thing is in lag, because the game uses double buffering. the lags disappear if you force enable triple buffering
