If Avast - then fuck him, he even with disabled shields and exceptions will not let you start (there is a special program on their website to remove it - you yourself cannot).

I agree with that. Percent Celeron G1620, it's scary to think about Pentium D 925 or C2D E4500. Even in a normal situation, problems: download doom eternal via torrent, open chrome with 5 tabs, run Minecraft 1.16.4 with 14 chunks and minecraft at 10-15 fps with FREEZES ==> put 8 chunks and everything is perfect, the percentage is loaded by 80% ...
