the merk is dying (Diablo 2)

sorky on blizzard switched to hell: lvl 71 and I am a merk, everything is fine with me, but here the merch dies even from the mobs of the first locations, dressed, of course, in krap, but damn how you can fall even from porcupines
what to wear I have 4 pools and 1 mind :)
merk combat with normal (healer), as I understand it should be changed to NM Defense with Holy Freeze aura, or which one would you recommend?
armor on it The Spirit Shroud
in hands I think to give Obedience or what is better?
Or maybe run without a measure at all?
