bug with snakes Tomb Viper (Diablo 2)

Good day. Only this season I started farming keys from a nichol close, and for the first time I really faced how severe a bug with these snakes is. The explosion of a corpse is not so terrible as these flooded clouds of poison.

The bottom line is this, if anyone does not know: the Tomb Viper snakes, which are found in Nihlatak, have the plague javelin skill, which deals poison damage. The physical damage of the "dart" itself is added to the poison damage. The damage is about 200-300, I didn't measure it, it's not that big. The poison itself is also not so harsh, but there is one bug. It manifests itself under the following circumstances:

If a player is infected with poison (a cloud or a direct hit from a "dart"), then he receives physical damage and poisoning. But if at the same time a mercenary or a summon runs along this cloud, then every frame (1/25 of a second) the poisoning is triggered again - in this case, not only the poisoning is renewed, but also physical damage is inflicted again. Every frame. My 40 with 1700 HP under BO snakes take out with this bug in about a THIRD SECOND if I jump right on them.

1700 HP in a third of a second. Is it too harsh?

Proposal to the administration: several options.
1. Recognize this as a bug and fix it. Make it so that physical damage is not worn only at the moment a poisonous clot (or whatever it is) hits the character / measure / summon.
2. Recognize this as a bug that is too difficult to fix and reduce its severity:
2a do the nextdelay of the plague javelin skill or whatever these snakes are using. At least 4-5 frames to have time to fly / run out of the poison cloud.
2b remove the physical component from the snake skill
3. Recognize this as a minor bug and not fix it.
4. Do not recognize this as a bug and do not fix it.
5. Recognize as a bug that frame-by-frame physical damage is inflicted only when someone moves through the cloud of poison and make sure that such damage occurs every time such poison is applied
6. Declare that server services are provided as is and completely regardless of how certain components of the game work, nothing will be changed: the server does not need players in order to function.

PS Who has Eni and a rocking barbarian on the NL, can you protest how long a barb with ~ 6k HP and ~ 75 DR will keep? Will it last at least a couple of seconds under such frame-by-frame damage?

And g_n will not argue with you on any topic, so forget it.
Although, if half a forum of companions is typed and this topic will be actively discussed by players for several years, then you look by 2020 the damage of the snakes will still be cut. Although this is a direct path to the Jakhov's chest, so it's unlikely)))
