15/40 jewel (Diablo 2)

Where would you use it? Is it universal in some kind of armor for melee and archers or for some specialized build specific?

the problem is that you consider pg the last refuge of connoisseurs of classic diablo2 and therefore you can make a discount in this regard and consider it ostensibly "official", and your insanity is so strong that you consider the server absolutely legally existing, but at the same time download d2 from the site you will not be able anywhere.

D2 seems to be distributed free of charge - you buy only keys. Does not require disks for a long time. In general, an awesome trend set by the Blizzards - otherwise some game developers still can't pick out pieces of Starforce from their games with patches XD

Lol, we need to dash the blizzards, ask if they think these servers are not pirated.

What difference does it make what the successors of the Asashay think there. They have no power here.

You confuse "no power" with lack of interest. If they want to, they will crush pg with one lawyer.

but this is not particularly legal, but I am not a lawyer, unlike you, apparently, so I don’t presume to

what article in the Russian Federation USA international law will crush? what exactly does pg violate? If it's really interesting to me) in the Russian Federation, you probably didn't have such judgments ... And to look for legal creeps in English, I'm still rather weak)

What to tell you, the obvious? That the only one who has the right to play is blizzard entertainment, and they no longer give these rights to anyone in any of their rules or elsewhere?
That the Russian WoW servers are being closed one by one from ASASHI lawyers?
In my opinion, these are the most obvious things that are obvious to everyone if there is not a piece of shit in his head instead of a brain and who at least sometimes blinks his pink glasses.

Duck only you offered to pirate the game here ...
If you read the news about why those servers were closed not so long ago, then there are such words as distribution and other crap, + collecting tribute in the form of selling buns for shirts, not related to the server part.
That is, they apparently distributed some version of the game, since apparently they do not support the latter ..

THIS is all formalities. It is beneficial for them, of course, that there were pirate servers, and there was pg, tk. it is distribution and advertising of their product. But when these samopals start to get too boring, or there are a lot of users and something else, then they are closed for such formal reasons so as not to frighten the rest of the pirates to open their servers and continue to promote Blizzard's office.

You say this in bewilderment as if socialism in the yard and private property have been divided into zero.

"Unauthorized Connections: facilitating an unauthorized connection, establishing or maintaining an unauthorized connection to the Platform, including but not limited to (i) any connection to an unauthorized server that emulates or attempts to emulate the Platform; and (ii) any connection using third party programs or tools not specifically authorized by Blizzard; "

Oh, how awkward it must be ...

too broad a concept. More precisely - when they start to cut the loot, advertising does not apply to the campaign there - it is difficult to attract. Plus publishers depends - somewhere saw a funny advice about the musical accompaniment for home video - you put the four-thread of nindendo and if the video has flowed into the network, it at the moment blochat XD

One Celik opened as a server of the game a couple of years ago, owned a mail - flew instantly, immediately covered, - he drew conclusions, - the server works to this day.

Yes, you may have schizophrenia. And here is the download of d2? D2 is sold in stores, take it from them. PG does not sell anything. There is no contradiction with the fact that you can play this very game on pg. Cases when the server is also distributing the game itself are more exceptions than a rule.

No, d2 is paid, although it doesn't have copy protection. The key is proof that you have legally acquired the game. Approximately how you can go to a store and, if you wish, carry goods past the checkout - in fact, you will have the goods, but illegal. Or you can go through the cashier, pay and receive a check. What the Blizzards did is rather an analogue of the case "they removed the armed guards from the exit from the store with a search of everyone leaving, because it is uncomfortable for honest customers."

What on the "pirate" server d2 is the private property of Blizzards? Did the GN stole bliz codes? or someone else stole it?

Here FludoTron,
although it looks like a word you have censored, because it shits something in response to a normal question .. but at least brought something ...
Although this is not an article of any law, but some point is not known from where ..
Apparently from persons. agreement ..
Which accepts and agrees, as it were, a user who starts using the product, and not any person on the Internet,
even if this one creates a server .. Then it is worth proving that he accepted the agreement .. This is not a law and his ignorance does not threaten anything if you didn't press the button to accept ..
So xs, whoever put what where, apparently these defenders in your head all the same, and not in your pants ..

you love when you chew that twice two is four, apparently. D2 is the property of the Blizzards, but you are so stupid that you simply cannot realize it. apparently the pink glasses interfere, and the contents of the skull are not ready to realize this.
By analogy, I will give an example - I built a house, bequeathed it to his heirs. The heirs do not know anything about the inheritance, and at this time homeless people settled in the house, who think that since the house is not needed by anyone, it means them (read yours). The fact is that the lawyer in charge of the will told the relatives, but the relatives already have 100 thousand houses in Los Angeles, and they did not fuck with this house in the village and they decided to just beat him up.

But you really are such a slow-witted schizophrenic, the same as firkax and you just don’t understand that the house of the homeless does not belong to this and if they are asked they will have to dump it, or even pay for their stay (although why should they pay, there is no dough, then they will go to jail and still cease to be homeless))

not true - there is no payment button. You press the link and download it - all you need is the key. And since the key is copied, only access to the off server / updates, etc. remains paid.
As in a bar with a promotion of free liquor to pay for a glass.
