Try to configure x360ce all the same, so far you will not find anything better. It is clear that the axis of the gamepad is not the same as the axis of the steering wheel, but any analogue can be scaled if the program allows (and x360ce allows), so there you need to play with the Advanced - Left Thumb - X-Axis Sensitivity settings or see the above described instruction paragraph 7.
Everything works clearly now, the program itself found and downloaded the settings for my steering wheel, I didn't have to configure anything at all. The steering wheel in GTA is just a plague !!
If someone says that he does not need this, let him remain unconvinced, why explain anything at all?
