Issues with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (1024 MB)

I changed the video card to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (1024 MB). was a Radeon HD 4670 512 mb. Installed, everything is fine, all games work at a resolution of 1920 * 1080 at high.
Two days passed and EVERYTHING began to slow down terribly on the most minimal requirements.
The temperature is normal, I have already changed the firewood a hundred times, I tried different versions. Direct is the same.
I am confused.

Brand power supply or some kind of no name? In theory, it should be enough, since a video card needs 400W to work, but if the power supply is made in the basement on the knee of a good uncle Le, then it is better to get rid of it (the block) as soon as possible and buy a normal branded power supply unit. For example, FSP Aurum CM 750 (AU-750M) or Seasonic M12II-520 (SS-520GM) 520W. Yes, the blocks are not cheap, but the quality is worth it!

Roma Kelevra I used to have a video cardRadeon HD 4670 512 mb and then I changed it to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (1024 MB) just like you and I have the same garbage

Roma Kelevra and BATLEFIELD. Most likely the matter is in the power supply. Buy a more powerful power supply unit, 700-800 watts, so that there is a power reserve.

It's not about money. I just don't want to spend money again and not get any result ...

Then I wanted to learn more about the "symptoms" of a video card disease. Does it start to glitch at you only in games?

Yes, Fifa 12 on low graphics, without anti-aliasing and synchronization, shamelessly slows down along with the computer. What does it matter if I had slowed down from the very beginning, so no ...

Yes, it's a power supply. But wait, don't run to buy a power supply unit, there are smart people here, such as: exlipse88, VI Lenin [Ulyanov], Balthazarus. It is worth waiting for their opinion.

if they come here of course)

But if, under load on the video card, your computer goes into reboot, then the power supply is definitely to blame.

it does not reboot, everything hangs stupidly. neither the task manager nor the alt-f4 answer.
in general systems are such - percent - DualCore AMD Athlon II X2 250, 3016 MHz (15 x 201)
RAM - 2048 MB (DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM)
mother - Asus M2A74-AM SE

Well, your whole system consumes approximately 398 watts. So, if the power supply is not clumsy, 450W is enough.

when I called the store where I bought the card, they began to assure me that I have a very weak percentage and because of this, the card works at 50% of its capabilities. they say buy this one!)
to the question - why the first two days it worked normally, they said - it happens))

Seasonic M12II-520 (SS-520GM) 520W is my choice.
