The composition of the squad? (XCOM: Enemy Unknown)

I liked the roster consisting of 2 snipers, 2 attack aircraft and 1 heavy and 1 support, it went well, but for a faster passage I began to use 4 attack aircraft and 1 support and a sniper each. The general view is "bugged" (does not work in the game) at the sniper !? 2 attack aircraft, 2 support, 2 heavy - and everything is super, two groups of three rule both in the open area and in ships .. 1 sniper (plasma rifle, "AIM", armor "Archangel", all perks for a sniper + 2 shots), from a height 80-90% accuracy when shooting through half a map =)
2 attack aircraft (outworld cannon, medpack / arc cannon, titanium armor, perks for return fire and resistance to crits), run up, shoot, few survive.
2 supports (one of them is a psionic-full support (skills for psi-wall and resistance to psi-attacks), both in "Archangels", with plasmers and medpacks), work as a second wave of attack and support for attack aircraft.
1 heavy damage dealer (psi armor, plasma cannon, chitin, RPG perks, suppression and damage, + he is a psionic damage dealer with mind control), runs somewhere between assaults and supports and blows up cover =))

At the beginning of the game, the emphasis was on assaults and took three of them at once - their shooting perk on the move works in advance from the very beginning of the game, and while the rest were pumping up their "usefulness", the assaults worked for wear and tear. he took it like this: 3 assaults + a sniper, then 3 assaults + a sniper + a medic, and then he added a tanker. by the middle of the game, he began to focus on snipes (they were pumped up in turn), there were 3 snipes and the rest one by one, although the defense missions returned to the assault team - there speed is too important.
And with the advent of psychos, I killed Tuyev GORU of dough, but put together a squad:
3 medics-psionics and the rest one at a time - all except the sniper of a psycho (before that he pumped three people per class. the tanker also has a cuckoo). inspiration and control rocked all medics, inspiration and field to storm and tanker.
All battles took place like this - medics (with a speed perk) found enemies, controlled one, and while the enemies beat their own, the sniper quietly removed the rest. If robots came across, he urged on the assault and the tanker. I really liked to end the capture of the cymbals in this way - in 99 out of 100 the last are the ether and two security guards, locked in the room. He did this - he put three of my psychos in front of the door - the central one "inspired", the other threw a jar of gerych under his feet (the perk - the smokehouse gives + to the will), and the leader showered with stimulants. The door opens ... and the leader breaks the ether with 100% outcome, the assistants take the guards, and on the next turn the ether and the guards performed seppuku using grenades and a break under their feet =)
