Yesterday I played a demo version of this game, can I say that it is not a bad enough toy? Apparently, in some places, the game resembles the atmosphere of Black Hawk Down. The shooting is done very nicely, you can give orders to your teammates, in addition, the game has a more or less fresh plot for this kind of games, the action takes place in the near future, where Dubai is immersed into the sands and naturally our group of soldiers plunges into the thick of events. The game itself is quite brutal, there is a finishing move, as in GeoW, also, in the demo there was a moment of shooting the hostages. Surprisingly, I liked it.

Do you want to say that specops have good mechanics? It does not stick to the covers inappropriately, when it is necessary from the run does not want to stick to them. Ugh.
If you suddenly thought that I called GeoW curves, then it seemed. In terms of mechanics, weights are just the same standard. Modified June 25, 2012 by BDM
For the sake of setting, plot, atmosphere, you can check it out. The gameplay is a standard GeoW clone, judging by the demo. Enemies somehow react crookedly to hits, not max Payne is shorter =) Now in the dead season and this game will come down.

he probably meant that mechanically as Girza is only several times more crooked
Eh, from Spec Ops: The Line it was possible to make a suvaywall in the Dubai sands, but we have a generic jester. In the subject, I looked 7 chapters, in general, the average hands of shooters. Dragging due to a good post-apocalyptic surroundings. This, in fact, I love.
By the way, chips with sand in the game are VERY FEW. This is surprising, especially looking at WHERE the actions of the subject take place. + trunks are not "felt" in the subject. Generally. You shoot and some kind of pew-pew.
In my opinion, the subject pulls the crap by points 5 (I use the entire scale from 1 to 10), but despite the shortcomings and budget of the project, I will go through all the same. There were no Dubai sands in the games, and further it may be thrown in an interesting way. Modified June 25, 2012 by Calita
T2 did transfer the game, right?
Just seeing early trailers that even about grafon are better than what we have now
[b] [member = Kirsan] [/ b], yes, the game on VGA 09 was also shown, the trailer was cool there by the way, and the concept of gameplay with sand looked cool, obviously the budget and resources were not enough
[b] [member = Hooly_Varshick] [/ b], the problem is that the game was already clearly in the main stage of development (the gameplay was shown, there was a 360 ° cbt), but the game ....
And now yubi are doing the same with a new one rainbow
[b] [offtopic] [member = Kirsan] , yes, this situation with the Rainbow 6 Patriots also worries me, but Yubi konvishkn shoveled and the norms turned out, the whole question is in the number of bablos [/ offtopic] [/ b]
[b] [member = Hooly_Varshick] [/ b],
[offtopic] Uh-huh, they shoveled new guests, and now from the "F-16 on two legs" there are only opto.kams
They do not allow ed storms to work, here in what's the problem
[/ offtopic]
Well, by the way, the ending is nothing like that. But I have to cut with agony before it.
In 4 hours of the game, 13 chapters out of 15 were completed. On high difficulty.
Some kind of kakulya came out, the first Army of Yours is many times better.

found something to compare
Spec Ops - DONE. The second half is MUCH better than the first, as much as possible for such a project. True, the general curvature at the end begins to annoy. Of course, as in any other bad jester, everything slipped into the drochev (chapter 14).
With the plot, not everything turned out to be so bad (the epilogue is not bad).
If you have nothing to do and you, in principle, do not mind looking at Dubai, then you can play. I would not buy, unless only at a sale in incentive. Modified June 26, 2012 by Calita
[b] [member = Calita] [/ b], I agree! I download the Russian version on the PC and play and that's it, I definitely don’t need to buy, I watched a lot of the gameplay of this game, after the gost recon it doesn’t look at all, the animation was gorgeous in the guest reconstruction and the graphics were cooler and the trunks felt, then they made a miserable game and shootouts too , but in general, of course, after Max Payne 3 it is very difficult to evaluate games, since Max Payne 3 showed itself in all its glory.
