In general, this is how I solved the problem (the FPS sank heavily, up to 8-10 frames, after 5 minutes of the game) and decided radically: by reinstalling Windows. demolished the 10k set on top of the 7k and put the 10k from scratch. accordingly, all the firewood, etc. in the end: doom flies in 1920x1080 with medium graphics settings - the second day the flight is normal.
now testing on high settings ... everything is fine! below 50 does not sag (disabled only the shadow of the player and dirt on the lens)
