Best Sniper Rifle (Tom Clancy's The Division)

Guys, tell me what is the best sniper rifle now? I upgraded rank 50 in the zone, so I'm thinking what to buy.

I can say that the Policeman MK17, whose recipe is sold for phoenixes, is complete crap. This is essentially a long-range assault rifle, so instead of making measured shots to the head, you have to plant a series of bullets into the body, and as a result, the consumption of cartridges is simply colossal.
M44, although it has great damage, has an extremely long timeout between shots, a very long reload time and a maximum magazine of no more than 5 rounds (since you cannot improve the magazine).

Why with a sniper in close combat? There are other types of weapons for this.
In general, the M44, improved from the carbine, is distinguished by the ability to attach a magazine and a handle for stabilization under the barrel. But in the case of such a low rate of fire, the handle does nothing. But the store for increased damage is a benefit.

I may not understand something, but what for is the crit on the sniper? Don't confuse headshot damage with him (that's great). Crete. damage is great for high rate of fire weapons, IMHO. After all, the more bullets you shoot, the more chances you will receive critical damage. It's a chance after all. And having fired, say, five bullets from a sniper rifle, you can not get a single crit at all ... Or there is some kind of special. does the game mechanics work?

True, I already found the answer to my question by itself - there is nothing more to hang on a sniper. Well, really: accuracy and stability are also not particularly needed there, I'm not talking about the range ...
In this sense, a sniper / submachine gun set and gear for crit is seen as a good build. In this set, however, the leading role will be played by the critical every second PP shot with about + 120% of the crit damage. And the sniper will crit a little bit.
For a sniper, the main thing is still base damage and +% damage to the head. And the ability to occasionally crit is just a nice bonus. Thus, bonuses on optics and shop will be occupied, reducing the chance and damage from crit.

Regarding accuracy, I wrote exclusively for the PP. For assault rifles used at medium range and above, accuracy is generally a mandatory parameter. Otherwise, half the bullets miss.
