Would you play a game like this?

The game will be similar to Vangers and Space Rangers. That is, all battles are arcade.
There is an unusual world (like in Vangers), through which you drive a mechas car, drive into cities, complete quests, move along the plot. View from the back (as in GTA), three-dimensional graphics.
You can participate in races from one city to another (who will deliver the resource faster). Arcade races, that is, you drive, shoot at everyone around: at competitors, at monsters that roam the map.
You can change the car, buy different guns, plus trade resources.
These are the main ones. Plus, there will be various interesting features, which we are still silent about.
Multiplayer, of course.
Please speak up.

What is not clear to you?
1. The fact that the developers are guided by the Rangers is of course cool, but at one time I saw enough of all sorts of arcade shooters and I developed my own stereotype of such games: "train, shoot, throw it away" - for casual-gamers only. IMHO, I don’t want to offend the creators, but I don’t really believe that they will be able to do something comparable to the Rangers on such a basis, but it’s worth a try, since sometimes masterpieces are born in the strangest and thorniest ways. This is exactly what I wanted to express and expressed, but, as it turned out, it is not entirely clear.

2. Honestly, there is a mutual misunderstanding, as I did not understand what has the first person to do with it.

That is, a third-person view. The same is in Freelancer, basically you fly there with a third person view ("from the back"), and not from the first person view ("from the cockpit"), although this possibility is implemented.
