I myself am, of course, a fan of Russian voice acting, nevertheless Russian, like everyone else here, but I doubt the expediency of playing with it. Here's my opinion.
The English voice-over was produced at the headquarters of the CD Project company, which is equivalent to a quality assurance. By quality, I mean the optimal selection of voice actors; then the acting itself, then how much the actor was able to get used to the role of his protégé. In short, all aspects of the voice acting of the characters were taken into account and controlled. The work on the Russian voice acting has already been entrusted to a third-party company, I don't know exactly which one. You can, of course, choose English ozv + russ subs, but I would honestly listen, not read. From all of the above, the question is whether the "third-party company" will be able to maintain the quality bar and be equal in terms of the atmosphere of the English voice acting. Anyone who has any information on this matter - share.
